22nd Coffee was founded in 2025 by Elijah Sexton in Orange County, California, rooted in a deep love for coffee, people, and sharing things that truly taste good.

We began as a mobile coffee catering cart, created to meet people where they are—at parties, events, and businesses—and to serve drinks that feel personal, intentional, and memorable. Our goal is simple: to make something that’s catered to each individual and their tastes.

Coffee isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we don’t believe it should be. That’s why we offer a range of brewing methods and carefully selected beans, allowing us to craft the perfect cup for each guest. Alongside our coffee, we serve espresso-based drinks, filtered pour-over coffee, matcha, and tea, giving everyone something they can enjoy.

22nd Coffee is built on curiosity and craftsmanship. Elijah is entirely self-taught, spending countless hours at home experimenting with beans, dialing in brews, testing methods, watching videos, reading books, and learning through trial and error. That hands-on process shapes everything we do—thoughtful, flexible, and always focused on flavor.

While our cart is where the journey begins, our vision reaches further. We hope to one day open a permanent coffee shop—a space that reflects our values, celebrates individuality, and continues to bring people together over really good drinks.
